Norbert Schoerner Single Subject Study – Sodium Flora
An ongoing project inspired by the use of light in 18th century painting. The series presents a modern allegory on the subject by focussing on the contrast between modern and traditional depiction of flora in art. Organic environments are lit by electric light, presenting us with a context of how technology alters our experience and perception of nature.
